    Why Luxury FineArt ?

    The reasons why I believe that luxury in art is a good thing, and should not be demonized, are basically three: 1) because high-end works of art represent a decisive sector for our economy; 2) luxury fine art helps to put into practice one of the principles of the ethical collector, buying by focusing on quality and not on quantity. Not surprisingly, old popular wisdom said that "the more you spend, the less you spend." 3) Investing in art is a very profitable way to make a part of your savings bear fruit. Staying with our feet on the ground, more or less recent studies indicate an average annual return ranging from 14% to 17%. With these numbers it is not difficult to understand why many are launching into this market to diversify your investment portfolio.

    The Limited Edition works have the advantage of being exclusive, of very high commercial value, have an excellent historical value but above all very high investment value for the future. The value of works of art increases as availability becomes more scarce.     Le ragioni per le quali credo che il lusso nell'arte sia una cosa buona, e non vada demonizzato, sono sostanzialmente tre: 1) perché le opere d'arte di fascia alta rappresentano un settore determinante per la nostra economia; 2) la luxury fine art aiuta a mettere in pratica uno dei principi del collezionista etico, acquistare focalizzandosi sulla qualità e non sulla quantità. Non a caso, la vecchia saggezza popolare diceva che «chi più spende, meno spende». 3) Investire in arte è una forma molto redditizia per far fruttare una parte dei propri risparmi. Restando con i piedi per terra, studi più o meno recenti indicano un rendimento medio annuo che va dal 14% al 17%. Con questi numeri non è difficile capire come mai in molti si stanno lanciando su questo mercato per diversificare il proprio portfolio investimenti.
